ABOUT CUELAB BILLIARDS
CueLab Billiards was founded in 2026 by Aaron T. Yang and Winston Pan — two local players who turned a love for cues into a business. Our mission is simple: bring the best new cue products to the U.S. market, backed by real player experience and honest advice.
OUR STORY
Before we ever sold a cue, we were the guys doing tip changes for local players. Years of hands-on repair work eventually took us to China, where we trained systematically under a master cue repair craftsman. That experience shaped how we work today — every repair that leaves our shop is held to the same standard we'd want for our own cues.
REPAIR & CUSTOMIZATION
We offer full repair services in-house: tip changes, collar/joint changes (re-tap pin), wrap replacement, ferrule replacement, and custom shaft building for local players. We stand behind every repair we do — if something's not right, we make it right.
HOW WE CHOOSE WHAT WE SELL
We test-hit and personally buy everything before it goes on our shelves. If we don't genuinely believe in a product, we don't carry it. Every shipment that arrives gets hand-tuned by us — balance, weight, everything — before it reaches a customer. New shipments arrive every month.
WHY PLAYERS TRUST US
We're players first. We recommend gear based on quality, not margin. If a cue needs tuning or repair, we work on it in-store until you're satisfied — and we help you find the cue that actually fits your game. Our support doesn't end at the sale: we offer a buyback program at 50-70% of value for cues in good condition.
BRANDS WE CARRY
We're proud authorized dealers for NineHalf chalk, Predator, Cuetec, and Universal cues, and an authorized dealer and service center for Kamui tips. We're also getting ready to launch our own brand, NEOCUE, built to bring high-performance, high-value cues to the U.S. market. We won't carry carbon fiber cues that don't hit well just because they're trendy - every product we sell is tested by us first.
COMMUNITY
We're proud to have close ties with players like Oscar Dominguez, Ross Fregoso, and Rogin Figueroa, and we regularly sponsor local tournaments. We're also proud partners with D-Gen (Duelo), one of SoCal's biggest pool community brands, supporting the culture we love.
