At Cuelab, we carefully pack and ship all orders to ensure your billiards equipment arrives safely.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship orders using major carriers including:

USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

The shipping carrier may be selected based on the customer’s location, package size, order value, delivery speed, and overall shipping reliability. Cuelab will choose the most suitable shipping method for each order unless a specific carrier is requested in advance.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During busy periods, holidays, or special order situations, processing time may take longer. If there is any delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and carrier service used.

Typical U.S. delivery time is usually 2–7 business days after the package has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates may vary depending on the customer’s location, package weight, package size, and selected shipping service.

The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout or confirmed before shipping.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by email or message.

Please allow some time for the tracking number to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Cuelab is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist with the carrier claim process when possible, but Cuelab is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Local pickup may be available at our store by appointment or during business hours.
